    Abstract:
    The process of learning to read and write is the basis of our education, but it also becomes a great obstacle for students with learning needs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of a child in fourth grade with borderline intelligence, in order to implement an educational intervention that reduces his learning barrier. To do this, a review of language learning and phonological awareness programs has been carried out.
