Abstract:
The aim of the present task has been the study of the Law 14/2013, also known as the entrepreneurs' Law. Concretely, there has been done an analysis of the material changes about the Trademark Law, which have been the responsible of the foundation of this new kind of association form, the Undertaking of Civil Responsibility of Successive Formation subject to a regime different from that of the Company of Limited Responsibility arranged in the Law of Capital companies, legislation that promotes the entrepreneurship as its main goal. To be able to judge, if this new law and its new kind of undertaking has been achieved the goal, in this project we have made a comparative between the old and the new legislation. This assignment has been started with a historical point of view, and after that we made the said comparison, as a result of this one we concluded that the new legislation is not very useless in terms of entrepreneurship, as the possibility of constitution of a society with a capital lower than the legal minimum is tied with some restrictions that are not attractive for the partners and administrators.
