Abstract:
Abstract The utility model, despite often remains in the shadow of the patent, is indeed one of the most used inventions protection figures, and currently enjoys great health in Spain. In this paper we will consider an analytical path that will include a study of its nature, its jurisprudential evolution, as well as a comparison between its current legal regulation and the previously one, ending with a analysis of the doctrinal vision of its nature and scope. We aim to shed light on everything related to a figure of great importance and a huge range of possibilities.
