Abstract:
The project, developed in collaboration with Andorra Telecom, creates a SaaS system with an intelligent voice assistant to manage reservations, aimed at small and medium-sized businesses in Andorra. It uses Twilio, OpenAI and Google Calendar to manage calls, understand intentions and modify calendars in real time. With a backend in Python (FastAPI), frontend in Next.js and MySQL, it stands out for its security, scalability and customization. The system is fully functional, synchronizes events and offers statistics, demonstrating the viability of the project and establishing the foundations for its future commercialization.
