Abstract:
SUMMARY: This research work revolves around international labour relations and social actors involved in them. It focuses on the different models of Welfare State, in different models of industrial relations and explores and analyses permits and benefits connected with work and family reconciliation that exist today. The study focuses on four representative national cases of four models of industrial relations in Europe: Great Britain (Anglo- Saxon), Sweden (Nordic), Germany (Germanic) and Spain (Mediterranean). It is intended to find out which country is the one that encourages greater equality between women and men through permits and benefits granted to reconcile personal, family and working life.
