Abstract: The path towards internationalization presents numerous challenges and opportunities that this study aims to explore in depth. Therefore, the objective of this final work is to understand the internationalization process, what are the success factors, the challenges, theories, models and processes that companies follow, for this a qualitative methodology was addressed where in-depth interviews were carried out. and surveys of exporting companies, this allowed us to explore strategic decision-making and experiences when exporting. This study will provide us with a more detailed understanding of the processes that companies apply in Honduras.
