    Abstract: This Master's Thesis is the result of a research study conducted at Rovira i Virgili University (URV) as part of the annual Master's Thesis course within the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Master's program at the Faculty of Economics and Business. Its purpose is to analyze the role of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) and its influence on talent retention within the context of the current digital transformation, as well as in the educational and business sectors. Therefore, through theoretical reflection, the study will explore the opinions of various experts, as well as the contributions they have made throughout history and how this has positioned this technology at the forefront of information retrieval today.
