Abstract: The objective of this study is twofold: to produce a state of the question that highlights the main contributions to the historiography of Naukratis, remarking key elements that have shaped the academic debate in its evolution, indicating its methodological problems and presenting the chief questions that remain to be solved, and to study the religiosity in Naukratis through the Hellenion and the Great Temenos, with which I will try to contribute some answers to these questions. The study of the religiosity of Naukratis, which can not be conscribed in its entirety within the framework of a TFM, will consist of an analysis of its two main religious structures, known as the Hellenion and the Great Témenos. They will be contextualized, detailing the architectonic knowledge we have of them, developing also a comparative study of the religious material related to both of the structures. Finally, I will conclude with personal contributions to the main questions of the Naukratis debate based on the comparative study of the Hellenion and the Great Témenos and emphasizing the challenges that Naukratis-related studies need to solve in the future.
