Title in different languages: Perspective of nurses about Care Discharge Report in a Regional Hospital
Abstract: ABSTRACT. The nurse care discharge report (NCR) is the last part of nursing process to ensure the continuity of care. However, there are difficulties in completing records by nurses. Therefore, it is important to look at this problem, from a different perspective to most studies, from the view of nurses, to obtain different results help to clarify this document. The objective is to know the perspective about NRC, integrated in the Electronic Health Records, of nurses who work in inpatient units of the Regional Hospital of Penedès. The type of study is mixed. The data collection techniques are a validate questionnaire of Seva LLor and semi-structured interview. In the quantitative study, we will take place a descriptive analysis of all variables included in the study and to the relationship between the variables using contingency tables with statistical package 17.00 PSPP. For the qualitative study, we will proceed to the transcript of the interviews and a comprehensive review of its content, native (emic) and own (etic) concepts. The information will be organize in categories or thematic axes with the qualitative data software Welf-Qda
