    Resum:
The adoption of digital technologies (TD) by individuals and organizations has been a topic of fundamental interest in research, for this reason the present study performs an analysis of the individual adoption of TD and the phases or stages followed by the adopter, emphasizing the development of an instrument (TAUT) that measures the different perceptions that university professors may have in the adoption and use of TD, which is subjected to an evaluation process interpreted in four phases, such as the analysis of validity coefficient by experts, analysis of reliability and validity of the instrument, exploratory factor analysis and finally the confirmatory factor analysis. The result is a parsimonious 46-item instrument comprising 5 rated dimensions, which constitutes a useful tool for the study of TD adoption.
