Abstract:
In this Work of ending of Career will base us in realising one analyses on all the previous labour rule to the actuality to see all his evolution, will analyse the different Spanish models contracts that exist in the actuality, and, with hindsight, will analyse the new proposal of the “only Agreement” that proposes since the parliamentary group of Citizen, where will observe if really this has been the only proposal realised on this thematic, will observe all of the characteristic of this type of contracts that proposes , checking if really this would suppose one loss of substantive rights of the workers, such how of compensation for dismissal, and will check if this proposal of law rotted to be subject to be declared unconstitucional. For last, will compare the labour systems of employment of Spain and Denmark, country where applies this model of engagement, to know if really would be viable to implant this system in Spain, and can see like this which would be the advantages and the disadvantages of the application of the same.
