Abstract:
In this paper the concept of conciliation is defined, and how it has developed and improved over the centuries. Making a comparison and with reference to a country like Norway , you can see that Catalonia and Spain are far because of the long working hours and even culture itself. Of course, conciliation makes new equal opportunities for men and for women, conciliation make laws to take care family dependents or children, and the labor market and many other measures have varied more traditional roles and stereotypes. Also, this conciliation has been negatively accentuated suffered because of the economic crisis in Spain, which is why many people cannot afford to leave their workplace or claim their rights as workers.
