    Abstract:
    This document explains the development of different analytical methods for the determination and quantification of different analytes using the HPLC chromatographic technique. Vitamins, lactose and hydroxymethylfurfural compound are determined on actual samples provided by the customers. To carry out these determinations different techniques of sample extraction, reactions and analytical conditions are used. Finally, optimizations of the methods already established in the laboratory are also made. From these optimizations, it will be possible to give final results of the quantifications of the analytes to be determined. There are several objectives within this document, which are fulfilled during the realization of the different stages of which it is composed. The final aim is to learn the HPLC chromatographic technique, and this aim is successfully achieved.
