Validation of the determination of reducing substances expressed as SO2 in fish and fishery products for iodometry

Abstract:
This end-of-degree project is the validation of an analytical method for the determination of SO2 in different fish samples to establish acceptance requirements in terms of accuracy. The validation is done by additions and the procedure is divided into three parts analytical. The first part is analysis of the quantification limit and the search for fish. A second part of additions to the previously established samples and a third part of the search for different fish. The procedure is detailed. The accuracy and uncertainty value are also calculated to determine if the validation of the method is acceptable or not.
