An aproach to the bullying from the scholar nurse: a bibliographic review.

Abstract:
Objective: The main objective of this study is to identify the function of the scholar nurse regarding with the bullying. Methods: The methodology of this final degree project is based in a literature review. The main sources and biomedical database used are: Pubmed, Scielo, Dialnet, Medes, Cuiden and Cochrane. The most relevant documents were accepted without limit of publication date. Exclusion criteria were articles treating bullying between nurses profesionals, bullying focused in specific collectives and/or comorbidity and the ones that only focused on cyber-bullying. Results: There were analyzed 21 articles in relation with the efficiency of the interventions made by nurses to aboard bullying. Conclusions: The aboard made by the scholar nurse is clearly effective in the detection and decrease of bullying.
