    Abstract:
    The AMSAL project is based on a food truck establishment in which it is intended to cover the needs of the different public objectives through an adaptation of the gastronomic offer; leaving from this side the concept of food truck with a single product (e.g.: hamburger, creperie, tacos, pizzeria ...) In order to gain brand awareness and recognition regarding the competition, a corporate image of "chain / franchise" establishment will be sought both in the exterior of the food truck and in clothing and in online communication. In this way, customers will perceive a higher level of professionalism, quality and confidence regarding the competition, which has a vintage image or little care. The legal structure will be defined by a new limited company (SLNE) of a family nature, taking into account the direct relationship between the partners, where financing and economic needs will be covered in full by their contributions. Avoiding the use of sources of external financing we will achieve great economic freedom. The billing planned for the first three years will cover the expenses of the periods and will consequently achieve an economic benefit in the project.
