Abstract:
The present project develops a business plan for a unique gastronomic space. Tasty Burger, S.L is able to make its customers feel special. Making them discover a new world within the so-called "typical" sandwiches, giving customers a wide variety of ideas so that they can decide, as they like, how to compose the food with an exquisite and fast treatment. Its main competitive advantage is innovation and avant-garde, both in the gastronomic aspect and in the atmosphere that is breathed. The great diversity of food and beverages in the menu and the opportunity to customize each of them, gives an infinite number of snack possibilities that will satisfy the most demanding customer. For consumers to feel comfortable, the furnishings, endings and decorations and even the characteristic smell of the establishment have been carefully selected. In this project, the business opportunity is identified and analysed through the environment, the best location for the premises is studied and the best positioning, communication and price strategies are designed. The necessary processes are also designed to carry out the activity and the structure of the company and the characteristics of the personnel are considered. In addition, to evaluate its economic viability, a detailed economic analysis is carried out, the costs and revenues are calculated at the beginning of the activity and the steps to be followed are determined so that it is consolidated and becomes durable. With all this, the entrepreneurs want to anticipate all possible events that may occur during the first years of real life of the restaurant and promote a plan to always opt for the best decision for the business and thus achieve the objectives set. In short, this business plan will be the road map of the project.
