Abstract:
This final degree aims to study part-time work as a means of promoting employment in the social, cultural and economic situation, as well as analysis of the possible inclusion of German minijob the Spanish labor law as a measure to promote employment. First, we analyze the labor active policies developed in Spain by legal imperative of the European Union, as this is the institutional framework that promotes the subsequent labor legislation of member countries. From the analysis of these will be observed that one of the main problems of unemployment reflects the collective youth. Then study the legal regime of the part-time contract in Spain, especially in reference to the elements of the day, pay and social charges, later did the same with German minijob contract. So lastly the purpose of the present study performed a comparison between part-time contract minijob Spanish and German, aiming to establish conclusions, and thus to determine whether it is an appropriate measure to promote employment in Spain and therefore should articulate the Spanish legal system, or the contrary, based on the highest number of positive than negative elements should not be included in the ordinance Spanish legal system under any contract.
