    Abstract:
    This final Project analyses the new human resources management based on competencies and therefore see how it affects university education. It also examines, more specifically, how and what skills are introduced in the Rovira i Virgili University. After this conceptual study is to investigate the generic skills most demanded by employers in the labor market in jobs related to studies of industrial relations, and then analyzed, what level they believe they have these powers and what level they believe it gives the university by students of labor relations and employment.This final Project analyses the new human resources management based on competencies and therefore see how it affects university education.
