    Abstract:
    Positive discrimination in the workplace. The positive discrimination is used to fight against the inequalities. We use it across positive actions to favor the opportunities of socially disadvantaged groups -due to its condition historically minimized- to have the same opportunities as the one who is not considerate to be a vulnerable group -in this study you will find it like people or common workers, because the fact of referring to them as a person or normal worker would not be good used-. The positive discrimination is a measurement really used in the workplace, that fight for the right of equality and not discrimination of the people (art. 14 CE), the right and duty to find a worthy job and the possibility to choose a free profession. These actions or measurements are really important and necessary, and its application will be needed until the “situation” of these disadvantaged groups is not neutralized. That means that we need its application until the moment that we are in front of a normal situation and that everybody has the same opportunities without being discriminated by its condition -sex, race, religion, disability…-.
