    Abstract:
    The objective of the project is to design an automatic palletizing line for high-precision turning parts manufactured on a centerless grinding machine, due to the need to automate the tasks after machining the parts, such as ordering production and processing. Sending the product to the warehouse or to the next work station, reducing the number of workers performing highly repetitive tasks, it also wants to reduce production defects such as scratches, scrubbing, etc., and minimize the times between tasks. The project consists of the selection of the aluminum profiles, the pneumatic and electric actuators, the roller conveyor, the conveyor belts, the design of the supports to assemble the different parts and sets of the machine, the design of the new trays for store production, design of the pallet elevator to automate the supply of pallets during the operation of the line, the design of the tray elevator to automatically supply the trays that are filled by the cooperative robot, and the design of the part orientator that facilitates the placement of parts on the robot. The project design has been carried out with the SolidWorks program, the commercial components that have been selected have been obtained from the model library of the corresponding manufacturer (SKF, Festo, etc). The result of the union of the different components has been that of a fairly compact machine, where a large part of the available space has been used and as far as possible it has been tried that the processes were automated, to reduce everything that could be the presence of mechanics or operators, and with the use of polymeric materials such as PTFE and actuators with force regulation to reduce defects caused by production manipulation.
