    Abstract:
    This project is an approximation of the concept of indigenous peoples at the same time a study referred to the close relationship between indigenous peoples and their close connection with nature, especially linked to the established line between territorial and environmental rights is done, the natural resources that Mother Earth offers regarding the current environmental degradation which are subject to various factors, especially abuse others for their inherited lands of their ancestors. The general legal framework of environmental human rights and therefore the main international instruments that protect these rights are also analyzed. Moreover, the treaties that recognize and protect environmental human rights apply exclusively to indigenous peoples are studied. All without forgetting the statement on the analysis of regional treaties protecting the human rights of indigenous peoples. Finally, a jurisprudential analysis is performed on the Inter-American Human Rights for the protection of environmental rights of indigenous peoples; This study was made possible by various judgments of this issue within the framework of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, as this is the system of recognition and protection of the most advanced human rights and sought more protection of environmental rights of peoples Indians.
