    Abstract:
Cultural diversity in companies: a perspective from the management models of non-profit organizations Globalization and migratory movements in recent years have led to the incorporation of workers from very different backgrounds into the workforce of companies. This new context requires management of cultural diversity that brings together all sensibilities and leaves no one behind. On the other hand, non-profit organizations, such as associations and NGOs, are spaces with a significant presence of individuals from diverse ethnicities. They have played a relevant role in the social inclusion of newcomers in the host neighborhoods and cities. However, non-profit companies are able to organize events and carry out projects successfully, each in its own field.
