    Abstract:
    Psychological harassment at work, known as mobbing, has been a risk factor since the beginning of business, although it was not conceptualised until the end of the 20th century. In recent years, this social problem has emerged in various economic sectors; this work analyses its repercussions in the banking sector. Recently, mobbing has been given more importance and more plans for action and solutions have been considered. It has been necessary to analyse the applicable legal framework, trade union regulations and corporate protocols and codes of conduct in order to understand the impact and consequences of mobbing, and thus draw conclusions and put forward future proposals for improvement and action.
