Abstract:
This final degree project studies a historical journey through the concept of emotional intelligence, the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-esteem and the importance of emotional education. To create an intervention program where the 5 competences commented by Daniel Goleman are worked on (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills). And see if after working on these concepts the level of emotional intelligence and self-esteem increase through a pretest and post-test.
