    Abstract:
    The following work focuses on disruptive behaviors as well as the inadequate climate in the classroom and its impact on the psychological well-being of teachers. The consequences of this work environment on teachers are highlighted, such as work stress. The importance of addressing teachers' mental health care is highlighted. The need to promote a positive school climate, conflict resolution and the establishment of appropriate coexistence norms is emphasized. All this through a gender lens where it is about finding out the differences between gender when faced with these issues.
