    Abstract:
    The research topic is the influence of emotional competencies in conflict resolution in education . Emotional competence is a set of knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes necessary to understand, express and regulate appropriately social events. The case study used is ten infant schools , primary and secondary school in the province from Lleida, Catalunya . It is intended to check fit emotional competence - conflict resolution, identifying emotional competencies that are binding on conflict resolution, determine how they affect emotional skills in conflict resolution, determine why an emotionally intelligent intervention in conflict resolution is more efficient and find out what teachers have emotional competencies . To find has raised the research question How the emotional competencies has influence of teachers in conflict resolution ?. Social relevance is posing today in Spain , within the current cuts being suffered by the education system is to change the access system to try to hire the best teachers for public education and to try , as has been done before, without success, to create a teaching career for teachers in public classrooms can improve their merits based.
