    Abstract:
The labor relations are the base of our actual society. Welfare of the population depends on them. Wage, breaks, vacancy, health and security, and definitely, labor conditions have a direct reflex on the economy and on the stability of the country. As a result, the State, the trade unions, and employers associations, play an important role when it comes to establishing the limits of the negotiation, and to make choices as fairly as possible. Otherwise, social manifestations, market instability, increase of unemployment rates or poverty may occur. Nordic citizen are concerning on the development of making arrangements which ensure the minims at the employees at the time that ensure the contractual flexibility at the employers. In fact, still counting with the liberty of contraction and fire, are the countries of the UE with less unemployment rates. As a result, the following investigation focuses on the comparison with Spanish labor relations, which is the country with highest unemployment rates. I pretend to clarify the reality above the popular beliefs and myths about Spanish and Nordic particular cases. This project gets clarify the points which, in each case, have a direct affection on the development of the labor relations on its countries. By the way, we can conclude which is the real reason of the difference between these two models.
