    Abstract:
    New skills and ways of learning are emerging, which have repercussions in the educational field. Robotics in the classroom is a resource linked to emerging technologies, with many possibilities of application as a means of learning and as a didactic instrument that supports skills in the disciplines that make up STEAM. The current changes in society are described and how it affects the childhood of new students and the acquisition of computational thinking, to help identify and promote it in school. Otherwise, a brief contribution is offered on what educational robotics is and a series of benefits it brings. Educational robotics materials are also presented and the importance of teacher training in technology is highlighted.
