Abstract:
This project tries to show the evolution of labor relations in Spain from the Franco dictatorship to the current economic context. To this end, it has required, first, to inquire into the origin, the fascist era forged differentiating the different institutions and the most characteristic features of labor relations at the time. Secondly, one of the most important stages for what precedes us, democratic transition and analysis. This is because it is at this stage when social actors today are established and known in Spain introduces a new representative democracy leading to the configuration of the current Spanish unionism. In addition, this paper analyzes of the economic context that has been important for setting up labor relations and employment structure in Spain. To understand labor relations and their regulation, it is necessary to emphasize existing social actors as well as the strategies and practices that have developed and have a direct impact on labor relations, these are entrepreneurs and business organization and trade unions and confederations. Once these parameters, the institutional framework of labor relations and its main regulations are explained and how they have affected industrial relations and actors have been most benefited. The work also deals with aspects such as labor unrest and protests periods and developments as well as the structure of collective bargaining, this has deficiencies, the labor reforms that have affected him directly etc. And finally, the current position of the social actors and standardization of employment in Spain is shown.
