Abstract:
The study "The impact of quality and innovation in European industrial relations" aims to treat the link between the quality, innovation and labour relations in the context of the European industrial relations systems highlighting the Anglo-Saxon, Germanic, Scandinavian, The oriental and Latin. The link has been analyzed using different dimensions of quality, innovation and industrial relations. The dimension of quality that has been studied is the distribution of certificates ISO 9001. To innovation has been taken into account spending on I D. Union density, the channel of representation, collective bargaining coverage and the majority level of bargaining have been analyzed in terms of labour relations. This linkage analysis has been conducted using the quantitative methodology through the technique of secondary data collection based on the review statistical data from ISO Survey 2013, Eurostat and Worker participation on the considered dimensions of 29 European countries in the year 2012. The statistical data have been treated by the compilation of different types of graphics for a more thorough and rigorous analysis that has allowed to put in evidence many themes and statements made by various authors, demonstrating that the quality management and innovation often are not reflected in the number of certifications ISO 9001 distributed in the country and not in the main elements comprising the labour relations of the same.
