Development of cholesterol and triglycerides prediction models in plasma samples based on 1H-RMN spectra

    Abstract:
    This work shows the development and evaluation of two models based on the partial minimum quadrats method for the prediction of cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations in plasma samples analyzed by MRI. After clarifying the data, they will be divided into two groups, for the calibration and validation of the two prediction models. It is van fer proven to have different calibration parameters. With some of the best configurations in each case, it is necessary to select the models manually to obtain the best possible results.
