    Abstract:
    La Gredera school promotes a learning space in coexistence, fostering positive relationships for educational success. It adapts to changes and forms responsible citizens for a fairer and more respectful society. Its distinctive feature is the 360-view, which offers more educational opportunities considering the individual needs of students. They implement a Catalan Sign Language project to promote the inclusion of hearing impaired students. During four years, he joins the classroom and guarantees the accessibility and inclusion of deaf students. Teacher training is carried out and respect for diversity is promoted to serve as a model for other educational centers.
