Abstract:
This work has as main purpose to study the measures implemented research heritage offered by the current legislation, with the intention to know the range of possibilities when we discover attachable assets which, upon completion, will enable us satisfy (in whole or in part) the right to credit the performer. To do this, one must know what the legal and constitutional limits of equity research are executed both by the performer, as part of the judiciary. Once we know what those measures are we to know what is the best way to use them to obtain satisfactory results.
