    Abstract:
This paper shows an analysis of predictive validity about the different types of interviews: the conventional structured interview and the behavioral structured interview. The main purpose of this project is to study the capacity that the interview has when selecting crew applying for a job and predicting their work performance. Therefore we will know concepts and objectives of both types of interview. Based on these concepts, I aim to create a new pattern of interview that would be as valid and objective as possible, basing the choice of the applicant in measurable and observable evidences, which is his/her behavior. Furthermore I intend to implement a new interview pattern that removes differences between interviews previously mentioned offering important guarantees of success in predicting job performance. The interview is the most widely tool used to recruit and hire new staff, this is why there is the need to study its effectiveness so good workers can be hired.
