    Abstract:
    The organizations, along its path, they encounter various obstacles and challenges that test their endurance. These are overcome by the creativity and effort of his employees. However, every day, more companies become aware of the positive effects of a good human resource management in results, then the factors determining the proper functioning of a company are the motivation and consistency. Audits of HRM have the function of analyzing all the actions that does a HR department, meet the projected targets and how it affects policies that apply to their workers. These audits are carried out only in large companies, instead, do not usually performed on SMEs, even when they represent 99 % of Spanish companies. So, I decided to perform a model based grand theories of audit adapted to SMEs, as they are the future of our country and we must contribute to its continued growth. In this research, this new model takes a practical application to verify the functionality of this model. Finally, be exhibited the conclusions and recommendations for the company that has been applied this model.
