Abstract:
This field work deals with the issue of wine products D.O, particularly, its regulatory boards and control functions of quality. Also, the work is divided, first by an introduction to the history and the birth of D.O, the first regulations and the first concept of Regulatory Council was established. Next, discusses the process of recognition, and once done the recognition, we turn to the regulatory boards and control system, setting too, such control methods employed by these bodies; always taking into account this community, national and regional vision. Through this analysis is to provide a more comprehensive and complete vision to the reader of the rules currently in force in the wine area and that is applicable to their supervisory bodies vision.
