    Abstract:
In this Business Administration and Management investigation degree , I will use a Human Resources perspective and I will analyze the relationship between soft skills and academic education. For this investigation i recolected competency tests from 150 participants with ages between 25 to 60 to determine if there was a correlation between these skills and educational background, or if they were innate personality traits. These participants are applicants for a job offer. A competency test was designed for two kinds of persons, those who had university careers , and those only with secondary education (ESO). Each group included 75 persons. The method employed in this investigation was a quantitative one, due to recompilation of numerical data for statistical purposes.
