    Abstract:
    The purpose of this final degree thesis is to draw up a marketing plan for a restaurant-pizzeria located in the Montsia region, more specifically in the city of Amposta, while helping the company to know the opinion of their customers and the implementations it can make to improve the service offered. When doing this project, two analyzes were carried out, one internal and one external. First of all, the internal analysis, we’ve taken into account the strategies that the company uses, all the resources and characteristics that the company has, as well as the analysis of the 7 P's of the marketing mix. On the other hand, we have the external analysis focused on a PESTEL analysis, as well as Porter's 5 forces, and finally the segmentation. It should also be mentioned that a series of customer surveys have been carried out to find out their opinions and preferences, and to find out how to improve the service offered by the Moré restaurant.
