    Abstract:
    This work analyzes the importance of communication in the industrial sector, taking as an example Noxifer, S.L. Theory and interviews are combined to understand industrial communication strategies. Industrial marketing requires a specific strategy for the B2B market. Effective communication and branding, strong relationships and personalized sales are keys to success. Noxifer implements effective communication strategies, such as catalogs, social networks and quality service. Noxifer is recommended to enhance technical training, create a network of engineers, implement a testimonial communication strategy and assume commitment to social responsibility.
