    Abstract:
    This Final Degree Project aims to develop a marketing plan for Forn Sistaré, a family-owned bakery with a long-standing tradition in the city of Reus, well known for offering high-quality, artisan products. The main goal is to help the business strengthen its brand presence, adapt its communication to new consumer habits, and identify potential improvements that could support its growth and consolidation. To achieve this, an analysis of the bakery’s current situation was carried out using various tools. An interview was conducted with Xavier Pàmies, a representative of the bakery, and a survey was created to gather customer opinions. With all this information and the support of the theoretical framework studied, a marketing plan was designed with concrete and realistic actions tailored specifically to a business like Forn Sistaré. This project represents a practical application of the knowledge gained during the Business Administration and Management degree, and offers a chance to reflect on how a local company can adapt to modern times and strengthen its relationship with clients. The final aim is to provide ideas that help Forn Sistaré remain competitive in its sector.
