Abstract:
This work focuses on Repsol Investigaciones Petrolíferas during this project we carefully observed the oil sector, talk about demand and supply and some of the particularities of this sector with the aim of presenting a comprehensive report that contextualize Repsol Investigaciones oil in a global market. Initially we introduce the topic, identifying the sector. In this part, we discuss the origin of the crude oil potential places, fields and production platforms, drilling, production and transport reservoir. In addition, we highlight the organizations that coordinate and affect the sector and various production data worldwide primary energy consumption and gross inland energy consumption. Once introduced this singular sector had to narrate aspects of internationalization of Repsol Investigaciones, this section highlight the integration of the Canadian company Talismán with Repsol, whose transaction was finally closed in May 2015, therefore, the assets of Talismán they are part of Repsol. The company could increase its reserves by 55%, equivalent to 2,200 million barrels of oil. Also, we find different aspects of transactions with other oil corporations, such as Eagle Ford and Statoil. It also briefly discussed different organizations that are the competence of Repsol Investigaciones internationally, include: Sinopec, Pemex, Statoil, Exxon Mobil, PetroChina, BP and Royal Dutch Shell. But small problems that reduce the production of Brent and benefit or harm to other companies in the sector, these facts also make brief mention may appear. To finish the project, we analyzed the international marketing strategy developed by the organization and building its brand globally, as throughout its internationalization process of cultural evolution at the organizational level that determines an appraisal of staff in the way defined this process thus can arise different improvements for the organization.
