    Abstract:
    This field work has studied the syndrome of burnout in the education sector, specifically been studied teachers in compulsory secondary education, teachers training courses and university professors, some of the most significant schools of the “Terres de l’ebre” The aim of this was to conclude which of the three types of education is closer to suffer from this syndrome. The method used to obtain the necessary information and to contrast the hypotheses has been designing three questionnaires, one for each type of education. So, collect responses of emotional changes, negative changes and negative reactions in the professional performance of teachers, and to draw conclusions. The results obtained were those expected of the hypotheses, as the level of education increases teachers are suffering further from this syndrome. The most important conclusions drawn from this study were that college professors are those who are suffering further from this syndrome, while compulsory secondary education are those that are closer. The frequency of conflicts in the classroom teaching compulsory secondary education is much higher, moreover, are more complicated is who they meet them, and who worry that more work is irritating them emotionally.
