    Abstract:
This work aims to explore the clash between the traditional culture of putting down roots in a company and the current trend of accumulating experiences, with the aim of determining whether the lower work loyalty of the new generations responds to a lack of real commitment or a change in the values and perceptions of stability. The aim is to find out what variables are behind the current problem of job rotation and lower work loyalty, which indirectly give serious consequences, including absenteeism. To this end, both human resources policies and the values of the different generations that coexist in the working population are examined.
