Abstract: This Master's thesis focuses on the analysis of the raDng system of the HomeExchange plaQorm. It responds to a sharing economy business model, through the exchange of houses. When analysing the literature, we observed a lack of detail on the concepts or items to be valued within the plaQorm, as well as a lack of differenDaDon with respect to other accommodaDon plaQorms belonging to other business models. In order to answer the key quesDons, a survey of the plaQorm's users was carried out to obtain data that would allow the aforemenDoned concepts to be developed. Therefore, one of the results of this work is a guide that details and describes what should be considered when evaluaDng the different raDng items. On the other hand, the study also focused on users' moDvaDons for using HomeExchange and how HomeExchange differs from other models such as Airbnb. As a result, different aspects were highlighted in the users responses that allowed the elaboraDon of two new raDng criteria for HomeExchange. In addiDon, as a valuable contribuDon, this TFM proposed a new raDng system using a Likert scale, which is considered to be more adapted to the essence of HomeExchange.
