    Abstract:
The proposed integrated teaching of language and literature comes from the realization that there is an imbalance between the two areas in the course of Spanish textbooks and, therefore, in the classrooms of schools. Few hours are devoted to literature in the syllabus of the course overall, which includes its name: "Spanish Language and Literature." Textbooks and even the secondary curriculum don’t help. It should be a comparison of the subject language and literature with other integrative education methodologies. With this work we want to alleviate this handicap in some secondary schools without increasing the hours of the course, as would be ideal. That is why we propose an integrated teaching of language and literature inside the curriculum and taking advantage of this dual aspect of the Subject:Language & Literature.
