Differences between industrial beer packed in aluminum and packed in glass

Abstract:
This work is based on the comparison of the two most popular containers for beer worldwide. For this reason, the most important factors that affect this beverage once packaged, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each are disclosed. In addition, a series of different beer styles were analyzed in both packaging presentations. Measurable results and some sensory perceptible results were observed and tested, such as bitterness, pH and color.
